We develop telemedicine platforms, electronic health record systems, medical IoT solutions and HL7/FHIR integrations. Technology that improves patient care while meeting the strictest healthcare regulations.
Healthcare technology allows no margin for error
In healthcare, a software failure can have clinical consequences. We understand the regulatory pressure, the complexity of medical data and the need for systems that work 24/7 without exceptions.
Complex clinical data
Medical records, lab results, DICOM images, unstructured clinical notes. Healthcare information is heterogeneous, sensitive and requires interoperability standards like HL7 FHIR to flow between systems.
Extreme privacy
Health data has the highest protection category under GDPR. AES-256 encryption, pseudonymization, role-based clinical access controls, immutable audit trails and mandatory impact assessments (DPIA).
Critical connectivity
Medical IoT devices, patient wearables, vital signs monitors. Latency and connection reliability can literally be a matter of life or death. Edge computing and MQTT protocols ensure transmission.
Multiple stakeholders
Doctors, nurses, patients, hospital administrators, insurers and regulators. Each needs a different view of the same data, with granular permissions and workflows adapted to their clinical role.
What we build for digital health
Telemedicine platforms
HD video consultations with virtual waiting room, screen sharing for test review, integrated electronic prescription and AI-powered automated triage. Compatible with national health service prescriptions and private insurer billing. WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility for patients with functional diversity.
Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Interoperable EHR systems with HL7 FHIR R4 standard. Structured clinical notes with SNOMED CT templates, lab integration via HL7 v2 messaging, integrated DICOM viewer for radiology, drug interaction alerts and qualified electronic signature support for medical reports.
Medical IoT and remote monitoring
RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) platforms that collect data from glucometers, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors and wearables. Edge computing processing for real-time alerts, clinical dashboards with historical trends and early decompensation detection algorithms. Integration with Apple Health and Google Fit APIs.
Diagnostic AI and triage
Deep learning models for medical image analysis (X-rays, dermoscopy, retinography). NLP-based triage systems that process patient symptoms and suggest clinical priority. Decision explainability compliant with the European AI Regulation and clinical validation with anonymized real data.

Talk to a healthtech expert →MediConnect: Telemedizin-Plattform für eine Krankenhausgruppe
Healthcare regulation integrated into the product DNA
Healthcare software is subject to the strictest regulations. We design with compliance by design so your product is audit-ready from day one.
GDPR - Health Data
Health data is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. We implement solid legal basis (explicit consent or vital interest), advanced pseudonymization, mandatory DPIAs and clinical data portability mechanisms.
ENS and National Framework
Compliance with the National Security Framework for systems handling National Health System data. High level for clinical data, access controls, traceability and business continuity plans.
MDR - Medical Devices
If your software qualifies as a medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), we accompany you in classification, technical documentation, ISO 14971 risk management and CE marking.
HL7/FHIR Interoperability
Compliance with interoperability standards defined by the Ministry of Health. National FHIR profiles, SNOMED CT, ICD-10 and LOINC coding to ensure data exchange between systems.
ISO 27001 / 27799
Information security management system adapted to the healthcare sector per ISO 27799. Clinical role-based access policies, AES-256 encryption, encrypted backups and incident response procedures.
AI Act - Healthcare AI
Diagnostic AI systems are classified as high risk. We guarantee transparency, explainability, representative training data, human supervision and technical documentation compliant with the European AI Regulation.
