What the test measures

The five areas we look at

Processes

How much of your daily operation depends on a person copying data from one place to another.

Data

Whether a single source of truth exists, or each department brings its own version of the number.

Systems

Whether your tools talk to each other, or someone bridges them by hand every week.

Digital product

Whether your site and digital product generate measurable business, or merely exist.

AI

Whether AI is solving something real in production, or is still individual experimentation.

FAQ

Questions about the test

What exactly does the digital maturity test measure?

It measures five areas: process automation, data management, integration between systems, the role of the digital product in the business, and real use of artificial intelligence. Each area scores 0 to 3, and the result is normalised out of 100 with a grade from A to E.

Do I have to sign up or give an email address?

No. The test is calculated entirely in your browser, and we neither send nor store your answers. There is no signup, no email and no newsletter gate on the result.

Does it replace a technical audit?

No. It is a self-assessment: the score depends on how you rate each area yourself. Use it to rank priorities and spot the bottleneck before investing, not to scope a specific project.

Why are the recommendations ranked?

Because the ranking is the useful part. Areas where you score 0 or 1 come first: they have the most room to improve, so the same effort produces more result there. Attacking what already works well is spending money to move very little.
